About Inori

A sport psychologist and mental performance coach…

…But also a calisthenics athlete, a harpist, and a former aerialist.

Sports have been an integral part of my life from the beginning. I pursued swimming my entire life, first in youth competitions and later as a leisure sport. I also played table tennis competitively for 5 years. During my university studies, I started experimenting with a variety of sports, ranging from fitness, pole dancing, free running/parkour, and boxing. In the past years, I further grew into calisthenics and strength training, and I now started a new journey into streetlifting to get out of my comfort zone and further challenge myself!

From my youngest age, I engaged in various activities.

I started swimming at 2 years old, began circus training when I turned 4, and started my musical education at the age of 6.

My musical education started in the conservatory “Charles Munch”, in Paris. I fell in love with the harp and pursued it for close to 10 years. I had the chance to play in several concerts, as a soloist but also in chamber music with other fellow harpists, or in duets with violin, piano, or flute.

During my 14 years of circus, I quickly specialised in unicycling, trapeze, and aerial silks. Along these years, I also had the opportunity to develop complementary theatrical skills, and participated in the creation and performance of numerous circus acts, notably at the Bouglione Circus.

Professional Approach

The purpose of my work is to help each individual enhance their performance, gain awareness of their potential, and surpass their limits. This is achieved by developing each client’s mental performance.

My personal approach to talent development focuses on one’s potential to grow within a discipline, and how this potential is cultivated. It can also be understood in terms of performance mastery and excellence in a domain.

Using evidence-based coaching methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, I accompany each client in elaborating solutions to the challenges they face. During the coaching process, I focus on each individual as a system of their own (called an “idiosyncratic” approach), in which I account for their personal and environmental factors at play in relation to their goals. By the end of the coaching process, the person will have developed the necessary skills to further advance in their discipline, and to regain their autonomy in pursuing their talent’s development.

The different services offered at Rising Talents provide various alternatives to best respond to each client’s individual needs. Some may only require a single coaching session to give them a little nudge into what steps to take next. Others might prefer having coaching sessions regularly to self-reflect and dive deeper into a challenge they face, growing mental skills and techniques to regain autonomy on the long-term. Then again, some might prefer receiving an elaborate, research-based intervention plan that provides concrete guidelines on how to tackle their situation, which will be implemented using coaching sessions. And if you are part of a sports club or artistic group, you can dive into mental training altogether during an interactive workshop!
