Follow-up Session

A follow-up coaching session can be scheduled several weeks after the last coaching session. This allows us to evaluate how you are currently doing in relation to the work we previously conducted together, and whether some adjustments are necessary.

Workshop

  • Intake interview to discuss topics of need and interest

  • Based on the gathered information, I will create a research-based workshop that will target these interests

  • The final workshop lasts 90-120 minutes, and includes theoretical explanations, practical recommendations, and interactive parts to put the guidelines into practice
